Essentials :

- Expertise in Coding Web 2.0 apps with HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript by hand for Web applications.

- Strong Experience in AJAX Development.

- Experience in producing cross-browser, standards-based, CSS-driven layouts.

- Experience in using the JavaScript and the DOM to manipulate forms, content, layout, and display.

- Proven track-record of strong design principles and adherence to complex design specifications throughout the development life cycle.

- Experience in developing sites that are highly functional, form heavy, and data intensive.

- Experience working with PHP, UI design, Information Architecture is a plus.

- Should possess good communication skills.
